RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- At Mosafer, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your unused or defective purchase within 15 days of delivery.
- All returns will be refunded and issued through the original form of payment.
- In order to receive a full refund, all returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +974 44466140 so we can send you a return label.
- For defective products or if the customer has received the wrong item, please call or email us at Mosafer at the number and email address above within 24 hours of delivery.
- All returned items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery. Leather tags, dust bags, any accessories and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase must be included.
If you would like to return an item that has been shipped to you, please follow the instructions outlined below.
- Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
- Enclose the invoice / receipt
- Once your item has been delivered, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the warehouse for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement.
In case of exchanges, you must return your product within 7 days.
A refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that you will receive your refund payment amount maximum 1 month from your return date.
You then can re-order a new product on www.mosafer.com or visit any of Mosafer stores.
Please note, we do not offer credit note for any purchases. Kindly note we do not accept online product returns in-store.
